Pros

Good starter salary Flexible hours Great pension

Cons

Management can be very hit or miss. Work is very niche and you will be ring fenced to a very small part of a large complex organisation Mobility not as great as the company sells. Expect two years per rotation minimum

Pros

My first job out of college was at JP Morgan as a program manager. It was a good place for growth and development internally. It was also a good place to get my feet wet with such little experience that really boosted my resume to help in future endeavors. Coworkers were friendly and easy to get along with. Lower management was a breeze to work with. Upper management was a little intimidating, but managed employees and structure well.

Cons

The hours are not flexible.
