Pros

Lots of great managers and colleagues in most locations. The breadth of jobs available in the firm means you can often find something you enjoy doing (depending on location).

Cons

They don't often hire remote workers anymore. Staying in a division or job and expecting to get promoted is very difficult—promotions are often had through moving to an entirely different part of the company or, oddly, leaving for a different company and coming back to a better role.
