Pros

Compared to any other bank the consensus is that JP is by far the most technologically advanced with great developer tools

Cons

Enforcing 60% in the office. Experience has been that loyalty and hard work alone does not mean increase pay or promotion. You need to also leverage offers and jump companies to make more money

Pros

JP morgan is a great place to work with a lot of vertical and lateral position opportunities.

Cons

It is a large company, so naturally there are challenges to implementing change, however it can be done if you are organized and driven.

Pros

The benefits are great as long as you do your annual wellness assessment you get a discount on the health Insurance monthly premium, 5% match, the main office downtown is nice.

Cons

Stressful environment. "Sink or swim" mentality. At this moment the position is hybrid with an expectation of 60% in office. I expect my 2nd qtr next year we will be 100 in office.
