Pros
1. Chase embraces diversity in all departments and puts a lot of work to maintain its image as a diverse and global corporation. 2. Good health benefits and discounts.
Cons
1. High turn over. 2. Depending on the team you are in, some leads don't fully understand agile not the technology you are working with. 3. Slow to adapt new technologies. 4. The culture enforces engineers to be "yes people" and to do political maneuvering for vertical movement. 5. Horizontal movement is not frown upon but it takes a while since you are basically interviewing all over again with different teams. 6. High turnovers, so you lose senior knowledge fairly fast.
