Fast-paced environment. Can do attitude. Multi-cultural. Great springboard before moving somewhere else.

Cons

High/extreme competitiveness. Internal experience is not always well valued against new joiners. Little or no investment made from employer for employee well being and facilities maintenance/refurbishment. Salary is not competitive in Switzerland.
