Pros

Nice environment, great pay, awesome people to work with, faced-paced environment, pantry concessionaires are the best!

Cons

Doesn't really give people second chances after 6 months of probationary period. I was, at that time, from a tech and sales company where it doesn't matter if we spent 45mins to an hour over the phone. I wasn't given any warning beforehand that after 6 months of not performing what they expect you to be, they'd kick you out. My manager, was on maternity leave, so the relief manager was there; she didn't even defended me. I had to look for another job in like, a few days before Christmas. It was a hard time for me since I am the breadwinner of my family, it's even harder to let them know that I lost my job. Any heads-up from the very beginning would've been appreciated.
