Pros

Competitive salaries/compensation + good benefits 401K contribution + match & profit sharing Amazing work culture & environment, a truly profession demographic across the board with this company. Fantastic, experienced, compassionate leaders who care about the people. Diverse age groups, you see people just getting out of college, to 30-50 year olds, and much older employees who are soon to retire. Truly a company that you can grow with and develop a real career & real career money. Flexibility in your schedule/hybrid schedule, which is a major game changer. Effort and thoughtfulness for social events, ways to bring the team together, office events, team building.

Cons

Not as much diversity among leadership, would like to see more women and minorities in positions of leadership, but company is working on that. Bonuses- on the smaller side in terms of the amount of compensation.
