Pros

Management focuses on employee retention, celebrating sucesses, and keeping great relationships with clients. Flexible work hours are awesome.

Cons

Coaching, training, and supervisor instructions are here and there. Must be a self starter.

Pros

Good working atmosphere, most everyone is good to work with, diversity of experience and projects, good field experience, good benefits.

Cons

You are paid salary with no pay for overtime. They do give bonuses, which aren't bad, but generally aren't equivalent to the amount of overtime. There have been executives in the past who could be fairly judgemental of those who don't see things exactly the way they do. At least in my office at a certain point there was no room for senior technical experts, everyone was expected to be an active marketer.

Employees and clients come first and are equally valued. Excellent recognition for success and strong support when things go wrong. Excellent benefits and profit sharing.

Cons

At times, too much effort has gone into retaining and retraining under performing employees. However, that comes with the strong family like environment of the company.
