Pros

I enjoy being about to come work and do my job on a daily basis. I enjoy learning new things and hope to soon advance my learning. I work well with my hands and my job is mostly a hands on experience so it gives me the feel of leaning a trade as I'm doing it.

Cons

Being able to continue my grow is very hard in this company. When your a hard worker they want you to stay in that place because good workers are hard to get they say.
