Racist, Retaliatory, Should rename KAREN

Pros

It was so close to home and the client was wonderful.

Cons

The leadership hides behind Christianity. Unconscious bias, bullish, retaliatory behavior is only worsened by those that support them and their antics. Don't expect any kind of career mobility unless you are a white woman with a penchant for Trump-like behavior. Runaway if you are remotely competent. Run even faster is you want to remain empathic. Thank goodness the client was nice.

A good company with good people

Pros

JANSON cares about its employees and will work with you as much as possible if the contract you were hired to work on is protested. They care about the work - family balance.

Cons

Working in the contracting world is tricky. Contracts are sometimes protested and your start date can be delayed for months. This isn't something JANSON has any control over - it just happens in this business.
