Pros

Very family oriented company where you feel like part of the team. Leadership ensures employees have all the tools, and skills, to excel. There is a lot of variety in the work and opportunity to become involved in different types of projects.

- Lack of organization and company structure. - So much turnover. Leaders are leaving left and right - They'll say one thing and do another. - Much lower pay compared to others on the same contract

Great benefits, free dental and vision. Decent health care but the premiums increased last year.

Cons

Poor compensation. This company has contracts in the Washington Metropolitan Area but cannot or will not be competitive when it comes down to salary.
