VERY disorganized, TERRIBLE leadership who did not know what they were doing and are completely dishonest, benefits aren’t great, no room to grow

I’ve greatly enjoyed my time at JANSON. They’ve presented me with opportunity for growth, while promoting a great team environment. The management is willing to listen to employees and change and adjust as needed.

Cons

Can be a little demanding depending on position and location.
