I am sincerely saddened and frustrated that untrue statements can be posted on Glassdoor without any research or accountability. I started this firm 23 years ago and have a passion for what we do, creating career opportunities for growth among our team and have a zero tolerance for any forms of harassment or discrimination. We deliver on our commitment to make our clients challenges our mission and, we have a high standard for exceeding their requirements. I recognize that some individuals cannot thrive in that type of environment. JANSON has maintained client relationships for years because of our commitment to their mission and results driven solutions. Many of our clients have direct exposure to a vast number of our employees on a daily basis. Never one time in 23 years has a client brought forward a complaint and or concern that JANSON leadership was racist or unfair. We value diversity and creativity and encourage each other to reach their full potential. Along the way, we try to have fun and make an impact. We have a HR team who aggressively researches any concerns raised by our team. We have had no such allegations or concerns raised. We recently finished a company-wide anonymous and confidential Job Information Survey and received the following comments from the team: • Management’s thoughtfulness to employees. • Willingness to allow freedom and opportunity to elevate level of expertise; Opinions are heard and best interests are kept in mind, and JANSON challenges employees to be the best at what they do. • Good involvement between employees and management in decisions that affect our jobs and other areas within JANSON; Communication is open to those other than Team Leads. • Flexibility allowed by management and Team Leads; Allowed to forge relationships with government partners without micromanagement.
