Pay was in-line with other contract positions

Cons

Everything else was a disaster. Internal communications were lacking, leadership was a revolving door, very little professionalism throughout the company. Most of company revenue seemed to depend on one or two sources.

Pros

JANSON cares about its employees and will work with you as much as possible if the contract you were hired to work on is protested. They care about the work - family balance.

Cons

Working in the contracting world is tricky. Contracts are sometimes protested and your start date can be delayed for months. This isn't something JANSON has any control over - it just happens in this business.
