JBG is an awesome company to work for. There is plenty of room for growth, they're benefits are great, and everyone is so welcoming and knowledgeable!!! They also offer a 20% discount if you chose to live at a JBG property which is decent.

Good benefits and vacation, however management gets frustrated when you take it because they have to support you while you are gone.

Cons

Support to the properties is minimal, you are expected to work with staff shortages for long periods of time, hiring process is very slow and does not benefit employees or residents.
