Pros

Good pay, nice building, cool coworkers

Cons

The job I had said that the applicant would need customer service experience and an animal science degree. When I get to the job the first day they say it’s an accounting job. Three days in I asked why the job listing said it was an animal science job. The person training me said that they weren’t getting people to apply with it listed as an accounting position so they changed it to an animal science job to get more people to apply. HR was extremely unhelpful when I brought up my concerns about what h the job was vs how it was advertised. I was basically told to quit or get back to work because there was nothing they could do. I quit two days after that. After quitting I saw the same job up on a listing website and it finally said accounting.

Lacking Culture & Ethics

Pros

There is room to grow. You can learn a lot about many different aspects of business. Its a multinational conglomerate so there is a lot of opportunity.

Cons

Unfortunately there are people in upper management positions that flat out should not be in this day and age. I left the company because of my department head. There have been dozens who've left for the same reason. Multiple allegations of sexual discrimination, HR complaints, ethics line complaints & nothing changes. They've done multiple 3rd party employee engagement surveys & this particular manager gets extremely low scores. To be blunt - you do not want to make a career at a place like that. Good springboard but that is absolutely it. A company that has no ethics, no HR department to protect the employees, is not a place you want to be at long term.
