Pros

Close to home . Christmas Party was pretty cool. Great to work on SAP

Cons

They treat their IT people like their cattle. Line people up in little 1/4 cubes. Micromanage every step and for sure discriminate. Expected to work 60+ hours a week. No advancement. They really only want to hire people in their IT dept that need a visa to work/stay in the US. No work life balance in IT dept. Managers won't let you take sick leave to take child to doctors. Won't let you work from home during Pandemic. Require masks but management won't put them on or have them under their nose and more.. so much more..

Pros

Not much to say here.

Cons

1. You will always be afraid of losing your job 2. You will always be over worked and underpaid 3. If you are a female, your male colleagues will always be favored for a promotion 4. Managers have no trust in employees and working from home is not an option 5. Even during coronavirus when the government has asked everyone to stay at home, employees who can get work done remotely are being forced to come in 6. They don't invest in the growth of employees 7. No maternity or paternity leave policy
