      Pros

      Nothing positive to say here!!!

      Cons

      Extremely adversarial workforce with lots internal conflict. People eager to throw you under the bus without just cause. Meetings counter productive as people don’t listen but rather talk all the time. Nobody has any spine to change process. Corporate oversight causing problems with process and innovation. Don’t know how to manage projects or vendors.

      Pros

      Excellent benefits, coworkers for the most part are like a family. Fast paced and lots to learn if you’re willing to drive them up the wall to teach you.

      Cons

      Be mindful of asking questions about EVERYTHING. Comon sense isn’t always the answer here. Learn to hold your tongue and if someone steps out of line with you. Have it documented in writing. Lest you forget and have to later find yourself in a adolescent drama scene bickering with a petty coworker you let get out of hand. Don’t be nice like I was. It cost me dearly, REPORT EVERYTHING.

      Decent paychecks, cool and friendly coworkers. Reasonably good work-life balance. Free parking.

      Cons

      little growth opportunity, timesheets, departmental silos, strict corporate policies (example: restricted internet (no music streaming)). Awful software development practices and patterns. No good perks or incentives.
