      Pros

      JBT is a great company for people who enjoy wearing multiple hats. The lean environment provides opportunity for employees to work on varied projects which keeps the job challenging and exciting. Hard work, good work ethic and driving results are well appreciated by management and helps one to gain visibility which in turn increases the chance of being tapped into for higher profile projects, thus enabling you to gain a wide range of experience and get a well rounded exposure to the business.

      Good place to start a career but NOT a good place to stay long term.

      Friendly co-workers. Automated Vehicles are an interesting technology.

      Cons

      The CEO actually cut 401k benefits to the entire company and personally got a $4,000,000 bonus in the same year. Upper management clearly clears only about stockholders and not about the employees themselves. Impossible to ever get a raise over 3%. Seriously. It wont happen. They will work you to the bone expecting much more than 40 hours of work without ANY overtime pay. No compensation whatsoever. Benefits are mediocre. Never once felt appreciated by upper management.
