Pros

I got some amazing experience at JBT Aerotech as an intern. I obtained experience in engineering design changes using NX, hands on engineering testing experience testing Deicers using accelerometers, strain gauges and running a stress analysis test. I also received experience in some coding software as well.

Cons

The faculty should have done a better job at distributing the grunt work instead of leaving it up to the head inter. I got stuck with most of it which i felt was unfair.

Cons

Pay is not competitive for the area. Little opportunity for advancement in some regional offices. Fast growing with little growth with in the infrastructure; very top heavy.
