      Pros

      I worked for corporate and even though this company is pretty big (and rapidly growing), senior management made you feel like you were part of a family. The best group of people I've ever had the pleasure of working for. Lots of opportunity for growth and advancement.

      Cons

      The cons of a rapidly expanding company are some mismanagement from the top dogs who have to wear a hundred different hats at a time, and a lot of disorganization, not to mention overworked employees in my department.

      Pros

      Decent Pay and benefits but to get better coverage you really have to pay a lot more. Coworkers that have stayed long term very nice to work with.

      Cons

      If put on night shift it is next to impossible to get transferred to a day shift at all, this one fact has led to many employees quitting.
