Some growth opportunities. Making many good changes. Definitely making good improvements for the future in facilities and safety. Company seems to be adopting more of a culture to improve change. Competitive pay and benefits.

Cons

Tough work environment, long hours, weekends expected, and the norm for hourly workers. This results in a lot of turn-over/training/productivity issues.

Steady work great learn experience clean shop ,great shop (floor ) people easy to get a long with not badwork

Cons

No supervision health insurance terrible cost way too much for a company of this size should have better benefits no family life unorganized poor scheduling
