Pros

When I started , the company did many things for their associates, as the company changed names from FMC to JBT the management changed and so did all the perks, The benefits were good but were getting more expensive as I was leaving

Cons

Too many hours required, no life work balance and no concern from direct supervision or upper mngmnt.

Pros

The work is usually interesting and it can be a fun place to work sometimes. Pay and benefits are pretty good too.

Cons

The upper management types are super cliquey which gets super annoying real quck. Also a lot of the software systems they use are really outdated and/or generally unpleasant to use. All things considered though its a better place to work than most companies of its size from what I hear.
