Pros

Good pay, good learning experience for an entry level worker. Careful of the layoffs.

Cons

Not much room for growth. Hours are terrible. You excel and.you get more responsibility with same pay. Full of broken promises. New management believes higher in the degree's they are currently hiring instead of the workforce, the ones that matter.
