Overtime is easy to come by Insurance and annuity is company paid

Cons

Management has no idea what they are doing. All the crews are toxic Drama and fighting worse than high school. To many people think they know everything (especially one guy in particular). You'll be stuck on 2ndor 3rd shift for 10-15 years cause noone ever leaves solely because of it being union
