-Managers are very friendly, accessible and caring. -Good work-life balance. -JBT's response to COVID-19 was great. The health of their employees is a top priority. -Work is challenging and interesting. -Monthly updates are provided on the state of the business to all employees, not just management, and are really helpful. -In my experience JBT is inclusive and they care about their customers and employees.
