Pros

Great people in the rank and file. Good companies initially, until JBT strips them for EBITDA. Pay is good, but you will earn every penny putting up with this management team.

Cons

Cronyism, must be either a friend of the executive team or Brazilian to advance. Really unqualified “bean counters” running the business. Hire more consultants than you can possibly believe who don’t know the business. If you are such great leaders, why all the consultants. What are they paying you for?
