JBT has a powerful purpose that guides us, it gives us a big reason as to why we exist and allows for creativity and innovation. As someone who is inspired by these elements, my current work environment (including leaders and coworkers) is great and allows for my creative juices to flow. As a boomerang employee and after being back for a full year now, I can honestly say working at JBT has been a great experience and I will recommend this company to anyone.

Cons

As the company continues to mature, we still need to work on automation, process improvements, and standardization - That excites me and is what I want to be involved in, I also recognize this work environment is not ideal for everyone, so depending on your preference, JBT could be a great fit or not.
