Pros

Good pay, free gym, free parking

Cons

Unfriendly work environment. They terminated my employment for unclear reasons explained as "not a good cultural fit." Very little constructive feedback given. In addition, the business side of the JCC is doing very poorly due to low quality of the facility and slow process on renovations, which is very worrisome.
