Other employees weren't friendly; scheduling for customers left no actual time for portrait sitting (we had to schedule appointments for every 5 minutes leading to 4 hour behind wait time); No real training; minimum wage

Pros

good manager and coworkers discount flexible with schedule always something to do positive environment as retail goes customers were nice usually

Cons

management is kind of a mess..been some changes in how things are done that could have been completed a little more seamlessly. Lots of confusion on whos in charge of what.

Flexible hours. Great atmosphere. Fun enviornment. Room for growth and expansion of photography knowledge and techniques. Customers usually fun and friendly.

Cons

Not enough time given to part time studio associates. Corporate unwilling to make changes to better suit the needs of studio workers. Not allowed to staff properly to make work run smoothly.
