The work environment is positive and my coworkers are very friendly.

Cons

The part-time hours are inconsistent, which makes it difficult to rely on stable scheduling. There also isn’t much training offered, so you often learn while on the job.

Management was Good! Pay was also Good. I enjoyed the flexibility it gave me and cross trained in different departments within the store. I enjoyed it as it was in a mall and gave me nostalgic memories of being in the mall when I was a kid. I was there for about almost 2 years and ended up moving. Environment was good; could get messy at times but we had a good variety of employees. Treated Fairly.

Cons

I worked like I was Full Time; I wish I couldve gotten Benefits. I worked over 80 hours at least and was part time with the company.
