No Work Life Balance

Business Outlook

Pros

Above market pay, lots of holidays and wellness days off. Flexibility on schedules. Good training materials and coursework.

Cons

Constant restructuring and layoffs. Work keeps getting added to everyone’s plate without additional pay. You’ll work late nights just to catch up only to realize you’ll never be caught up. Long term employees are condescending and expect you to know everything right off the back. Work environment depends on your manager, some are good but most act like it’s a high fashion environment.
