Cons
Low pay for the crazy amount of work needed. Managers were ridiculous and refer to a messy store as “job security”, as if cleaning was the only thing we did all day. One of the women would always snap her fingers to her your attention. Last I checked I was not a dog. Management began threatening us with not letting us leave until 2 in the morning if the store wasn’t clean. Sales are fake and prices are actually increased or advertised as reduced while staying the same. The amount of customers we had at this location was astronomical and hard to keep up with. Pay was rarely raised. I was able to get 60 credit card applications in one month. I did it because you get $2 added to your pay for each. But in reality, they just kept pressuring me to do more and compete with whoever else was getting applications. Every customer has a credit card, continuing sign ups was impossible after a while and I don’t want to compete for my ego’s sake - if someone is doing well, PAY THEM MORE.
