Pros

Commission based earnings + Hourly Pay, Dynamic Environment, Learning Opportunities, Opportunities to Move Up Internally, and Some Benefits

Cons

No Paid Vacation, Poor Corporate Operations fall onto Associates, Harsh Management (threatening at times), Unreasonable Quotas, Often Times Sacrificing Morals to make a Sale, Low Moral, and very very Unreasonable Expectations that lead to Hour Cuts (5 or less hours a week) RUN.

Pros

Free Food, transportation, health insurance.

Cons

Its a data entry job, even though they offer analyst title - it means nothing. You are obligated to entering data in system, what ever the US team says and growth is extremely slow.
