Pros

-pay, benefits like PTO are great -the job isn’t demanding -flexibility in scheduling

Cons

-management - in 15 years, I’ve seen 7 managers. They can make daily business run smooth or throw a wrench in operations. They aren’t on the floor to observe how it functions and yet they have all the power. -limited room for growth

Pros

- Good Learning Experience on how to handle work in a pressured environment - Great way to earn sales experience through asking customers to apply for an in-store credit card application - Good customer service experience lessons

Cons

- Lunch and Breaks go by way too fast - Sometimes customers can be very rude and in-polite - At time management sets unrealistic goals - The stress can get to you during a long and busy day
