Pros

Great co-workers, flexible schedule, good benefits

Cons

When my job was eliminated, I expected a call from my DM. No call for 2 weeks, yet they preach the Golden Rule!

Pros

if You like organizing, work flies by. Customers are generally not the bad.

Cons

People are savages when it comes to what you find in the store and how they just throw things around sometimes. Management only cared about selling credit cards. If you didn’t sell them you were an “low performer.”

Pros

-You'll find nicer and more approachable people at Sephora inside JCP than you will at a free standing Sephora -Bonuses if sale goals were made -If someone did a credit application you would get paid $2 -Benefits for part-time are good -Surveys from customers are displayed -Recognition for certain things like work ethic

Cons

-Too much pressure put on getting credit card applications and beauty insider -Barely any support from coworkers especially JCP team -Schedule not flexible -Either no hours or too many hours -You're replaceable and they let you know that
