Massive constant push for i-caps, which are hard to get, and the managers can be rude and extremely nitpicky

The management is an absolute disaster. I was hired as a part time employee, but they put me in their system as seasonal! This was a massive error on their part, as well as everything else that follows. They let you update your availability online, but then the general manager has to approve it and some times he waits WEEKS. By that time, you are required to work the shifts that they have scheduled you even though it's outside your new availability. For whatever reason, taking all Sundays off is not allowed. They will NOT tell you why. Also, the only thing they care about is getting customers to buy credit cards, and literally nothing else. Managers are rude and expect you to suck it up and deal with it since they have the power. They act like they are above the other employees, and especially the customers.
