Pros

Employee discount and schedule flexibility

Cons

Point system is ridiculous, 10 points and you are gone unless you are a favorite. They will adjust the schedule to look like you had off. No work/life balance, credit pressure, no leadership from management. You are on your own unless you can find another coworker that can help. Lots of gossip between management and coworkers. More job responsibilities with no pay increase. Customers complain about walkies
