Pros

Easygoing atmosphere to work in, as long as you do your job as expected, which is not hard like some people thought it was. You pretty much get paid what you ask for starting out at the first or second interview. Easy to get hired after 1 interview. Management is accepting of all people, and don't discriminate. Co-workers are easygoing. Paid and proper training provided before you fully start. Holidays are mandatory, but management will work with you if you're not available.

Cons

Store was always hot. Hours were usually pretty hard to get for months in the beginning of the year. Management keeps too many seasonal/temp workers for too long, making the permanent PT/FT workers get hours cut down.
