Pros

Worked with some great associates. Employee discount was great.

Cons

Senior Leadership showed zero accountability for own mistakes and placed blame on those who were direct reports. Company implemented programs/initiatives quickly without testing. Came upon several issues and no one on the corporate end had a consistent answer or took several weeks to resolve. Salaried management was expected to work long hours and was seen as “free labor” which led to a poor work/life balance.
