Pros

Company is good for diversity and for women in leadership. They're known for promoting females to very high levels of leadership.

Cons

The company is bleeding financially and may not survive. Chaos and low morale are prevalent. Management jumps from ditch to ditch making radical changes that set associates up for failure. New, young prospective employees should wear a hard hat, and "buyer beware."

Pros

Money and discounts are good

Cons

You will be expected to work 24/7/365. Expect to get calls after-hours to perform work that is not your responsibility. There is no time to recharge and find balance, or to spend with friends/family. Thankfully, JCP will be gone soon.
