Pros

Great job for a high school senior or college student. I made friends, enjoyed the discount and had some fun experiences.

Cons

The customers were rude, some literally went to the bathroom in the fitting room. Others just caused problems for no reason. We were always understaffed. I would be stuck with an angry customer and trying to get hold of a manager was impossible. Too many clothes were ordered so there was too much in the store and it was so sloppy. Sometimes I would be stuck to clean an entire department. Some of the managers were unreasonable. One certain manager would not let me leave the store after closing.

Pros

Great place to work. Tons of perks for associates. Really enjoyed it.

Cons

Not alot of hours, management tried to give as many as possible, but ultimately higher ups decide for the stores.
