Dishonest, Disorganized, Disappointing

Pros

Good opportunities to meet and work with some amazing people.

Cons

It was great in the beginning, but as the years went by, company and store restructuring happened frequently (twice a year is extreme). New store manager with poor credentials was not screened well and thus created even more to the growing problems. Favoritism, game-playing, unethical and unprofessional behaviors occurred regularly, pushing many great, talented workers out the door. Work/life balance almost nonexistent for some of the dedicated full timers.

Pros

Some of the reasons to work here are the good benefits if you are even eligible for them.

Cons

If you don’t sell their credit card they will take away your hours, after 3 weeks of not working you’ll be “automatically terminated” even though it’s them taking you off schedule. The managers sit on their butt all day and rarely do anything but go over time on their lunch breaks, when the associates who do all the work get 15 minute breaks. Employees are harassed to sell credit cards and are punished if not.
