Pros

Calm and relaxed work environment, good for a first job or an in-between job. Very diverse. Might experience some bigotry from the old ladies though.

Cons

They will overwork you if you don’t set boundaries. And they don’t fire people who don’t do their jobs, so you’re safe but so is the useless HR manager who doesn’t know how to do the schedule, so you might end up screwed over. They also will harass you 500 times a day about getting people to apply for a credit card and if you don’t they make you feel useless and if you do they still make you feel bad because they always want more more more.
