Pros

Great name recognition and outstanding customer service reputation. Still fabricates all soft window products in company owned facilities within the United States. Good employee discounts.

Cons

Senior management and marketing seems to be done without any input from the personnel actually doing the job. Understaffed installation department. Recent price increases have made selling very difficult in an extremely competitive market.

Pros

It's a nice company. They treat all employees the same. Whether you are part time or in management. It's nice to feel included.

Cons

The pay is typically less than other retailers. They expect a lot from their employees and are constantly changing and asking for more and more.
