Pros

Good hours for part time visual work as long as it's not Christmas season.

Cons

No employee entrance, you have to stand at the door and wait for it to be unlocked every morning. All the managers tell you different ways to merchandise things so you end up wasting alot of time with changes. Good job is seldom ever heard. They care more about the customers than their employees. They want visual to drop everything you're working on and come work the register that you were barely trained on. Their visual is more like merchandising. No room for any creativity or personal touches. Everything is planogrammed. Every fixture and table. You spend most of your time moving fixtures on the wall and moving merchandise. Youre expected to speak to every customer. Get real!!! It really is the Walmart of the mall.

Pros

Great training program for part-time and full-time associates. Good discount on products and services. In the store, there are many opportunities to move around the departments.

Cons

Workload and hours are slow during non-peak sales times. At times, too many tasks for amount of time allotted. Cliques can form.
