Awesome Team and Management

Pros

Ability to work with a fun and lively team close to home. Had the ability to move up quickly based on the skills I learned from working and communicating closely with management. I worked at two different locations because I loved the company and what I did as an associate and as a supervisor.

Cons

Hours, the nights and weekends were exhausting and the big reason I left. I was getting married and was looking long term to how my "family" would be able to spend time together when I was always working nights and weekends. Yes, there were some day shifts but when your soon to be husband works also, the time just wouldn't match up for us to get quality time together.

Pros

The associate friendships can be wonderful. There is a strong interest in customer service. Company has made an effort to try and appeal to a broader audience, which could help shed the boring, '"AARP" crowd only' image the company built up in the past. They are trying to revamp the image and it's encouraging.

Cons

The pursuit of profit and customer service at the risk of alienating employees with mixed messages and signals, along with the lack of company loyalty to long term employees is disheartening for a lot of long time workers. It is becoming a place that doesn't seem interested in cultivating dedicated workers.
