Pros

always something to do. Can be a joy if working with the right people.

Cons

restructuring has led to unfocused overworked management and work force. Heavy emphasis on opening credit applications.

Pros

Discounts are great if you don't mind spending your whole check

Cons

Old clients never bring new ones, so its a waiting game to get new clients. The monthly goals are unrealistic and unless you are fully booked every day you are making minimum wage.

Pros

It was an easy, relaxing job. Management let everyone do what they wanted, there was little/no supervision. Some department managers become your friends.

Cons

Terrible management, management did nothing to solve problems, they tried to ignore the problem and hoped it would go away.
