Pros

They have a benefits plan for part time employees. Eligible for a 401k after a year of employment. Recognition for gaining new credit card applicants and for providing great customer service. Family atmosphere.

Cons

Policies vary day by day--it depends on who is the manager of the day, confusing and frustrating for employees. Customers get confused on the stores marketing and coupons. Return policy not set in stone. Customers return worn merchandise. Hard to monitor shrinkage-no sensors in the store.
