Pros
The employee discount. The ease in engaging customers daily. The variety of merchandise sold and shown in advertisements and commercials.
Cons
Too reliant on credit card applications. If you don't get the 'minimum,' which to the company is an absurd amount especially for part-timers, you don't count as an employee. Lack of communication from management about many crucial things. Understaffing departments. Store doesn't look as presentable as it should because of this. Quality of clothing sold has gone down since I first started working there over 5 years ago.
